Terms of Use (EULA)

By creating an account or using Kamalassociates you agree to these Terms of Use (the “EULA”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the app.

All listings submitted through the app are screened automatically for objectionable content before they are published, and are subject to review by our moderation team.

Every report we receive is reviewed within 24 hours. Where a report is upheld we will remove the offending content and terminate the account of the user who posted it.

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion, without notice, where these terms are breached.

Every listing in the app carries a “Report listing” action. Use it if you encounter content that breaches these terms — reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

You can also block any user directly from their listing. Blocking immediately removes all of that user’s listings from everything you see in the app, and notifies our moderation team so we can investigate.

You retain ownership of the listings and images you post. By posting them you grant Kamalassociates a licence to display and distribute that content within the app and on our website.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You confirm that you own or are authorised to advertise any property you list, that your listing details are accurate, and that you have the right to share every image you upload.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You may permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your listings, and your personal information from our systems.

Kamalassociates is a marketplace. Listings are posted by users and are not verified, endorsed, or guaranteed by us unless expressly marked as verified.

Please carry out your own due diligence, including verifying ownership and legal title, before entering into any transaction or making any payment.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kamalassociates immediately, without notice, if you breach these terms, post objectionable content, or behave abusively towards other users.
